- Tap on the player’s domain (on the Kingdom Map) and in the pop-up menu tap the plume button "Send Message".

- Tap the plume button "Messages" on the bottom panel (in City as well as on Kingdom Map screens) and in the pop-up window tap the "New Message" button in the top right corner.
- Tap the plume button "Send Message" near the player’s name in your Contact List (in the Mailbox Window)


How do I write a letter to the whole clan?
When writing a new message instead of filling the section "To:" choose "To the clan".


How do I report an Outer Domain or Ruin?
Tap on the domain you wish to report and in the pop-up menu find the "Report" button (with the image of letters pile).
